To turn a quote into a booking, go to MENU > BOOKINGS > QUOTE, or type  “quote” in the search field on the left, and then click the quote you wish to convert into a reservation.

Then click to edit the option the guest chose.

Change its status from “Pending” to “Approved” and enter any information that might be missing.

Then click "Save" and the property is booked.

The guest will receive the confirmation and all other guest communications linked to the integrator you chose.

Important: guests can NOT book the property themselves, they need to request that you complete the process on your end. Once they sign the rental agreement and enter their credit card data in the system, you can collect the payment as usual.
