If you have enabled automatic guest reviews for Airbnb reservations, Rentals United will send a 5-star review along with the scheduled message 8 days after check-out.
To edit or cancel this review, you must do so before the 8-day deadline, following the steps below:
Go to: https://new.rentalsunited.com/account/login
Enter the username and password provided by the MAPRO team.
If you do not have these credentials, request them by emailing support@mapro.zendesk.com.
Important: Do NOT change the username, password, or message-sending settings in Rentals United.

It is common for Rentals United to send a verification link to your email.
If this happens, open your inbox and click the link to access the system.
The email address that receives these verification links is the one registered in MAPRO under:
SYSTEM MENU (gear icon in the upper-right corner) > SETTINGS > RENTALS UNITED.
Hover over the left-side menu to expand it and select “Inbox”.
Find the reservation in the list.
Use the filters at the top of the page if necessary.
Click on a checked-out booking.
A notification will appear on the right side with the options “Skip” or “Review”.
Click “Skip” to cancel the automatic review.
Click “Review” to edit the message before sending it.
After canceling the automatic review, you can still send a manual review by clicking “Review”.
If you open the reservation more than 8 days after check-out, you will see a notice stating that it is no longer possible to send or modify the review.
