If you use MAPRO to manage your Airbnb reservations, you can quickly import your Airbnb payments by uploading the payout spreadsheet generated by Airbnb.

1. Downloading the Payout Spreadsheet from Airbnb

To find this spreadsheet on Airbnb, log in to your Airbnb account and click the button in the upper-right corner to open your account settings.

Next, click “Earnings.”

On the following page, titled “Transaction History,” adjust the filters as follows:

  • Completed Payouts
  • All Payout Methods
  • All Listings

Then, choose the date range you want to export.

Click “Export CSV,” choose “Download CSV file,” and wait for the download to complete.

Important:

  • The file must be in CSV format — PDF files cannot be imported.
  • The spreadsheet must be downloaded in American English (English – United States).

If you use Airbnb in another language, temporarily change the language to download the spreadsheet:

Account Settings > Language and currency > English (United States).

2. Uploading the Spreadsheet to MAPRO

After downloading the spreadsheet from Airbnb, go to MAPRO and type “Airbnb” in the search bar on the left. Select “Airbnb Payouts.”

On the new screen, click the “+Payouts” button in the upper-right corner.

Enter a title and description that help you identify the payout dates included in the file.

Click “Choose file” to select the spreadsheet on your computer, or simply drag and drop it into the upload area.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Save.”

Attention to the “Issue payments to already closed reservations” field!

Only enable this option if you intentionally want to apply payments to reservations that are already closed.
This may affect commission amounts for your company and for property owners.

3. Reviewing Payments In the Reservation

Inside each reservation, you’ll see the payments that were imported from the spreadsheet.

In the example below, there was a single payment covering the full reservation amount, which is why the “Balance due” field shows zero.

Important: Do not manually enter payments in Airbnb reservations if you use the payout report, as this will result in duplicated entries.
