When creating quotes, MAPRO simulates reservations to calculate the prices according to the data in each property, so you can edit these simulations individually the same way you edit real bookings.
If you want to edit a quote that you have already saved or sent, go to MENU > BOOKINGS > QUOTE to see the list, and then click the one you wish to edit.
Once the quote is open, click the “edit” button;
Add services;
Edit prices or apply discounts;
When it's ready, scroll down and hit "Save".
Update the quote page and you’ll see the changes you made.
Any extra services added will show in the specific property, and if you hover the mouse over the question mark you can see the booking's breakdown.
When all options are looking good, click “Send”.
