For your safety, we recommend using an agreement between your company and the guest, especially for reservations where you are responsible for charging for the stay.

MAPRO team will input this contract into the system and set up automatic sending to guests.

Fields such as guest name, check-in and check-out dates, property location, etc., are filled in by MAPRO according to the data for each reservation, and the guest receives the file already completed with their data.

You can choose which channels to send this contract to (e.g., only reservations created by VRBO or manually entered into the system).

Whenever MAPRO receives a reservation from the chosen channels, the system immediately sends an email to the guest requesting them to sign the agreement.

The signature is online - they just click on the designated fields.

Once the guest finishes signing it, you receive a notification from MAPRO to review the document.

In addition to the contract, we can request the guest's credit card information and send a form for the guest to authorize charges on that card if any damages are found in the property after check-out.

On platforms like Airbnb, which charge guests for reservations, the guest always needs to acknowledge "acceptance of the terms and conditions" of that platform.

This means that there is a contract between you and the platform and another between the platform and the guest. There is no need for a third contract between you and the guest unless you prefer it.
