To register suppliers in order to keep financial records/make payments, check the following instructions:

• When bills have variable due date and amount, like water and electricity, register bill and supplier in the property (MENU > MANAGE > PROPERTIES), in the "Bills" tab;
• To process payments of recurring charges or single charges, it is not necessary to register the supplier.

Suppliers of services like pool maintenance or pest control must be registered differently, just as the cleaning companies - the communication between the managers and the cleaning companies happen through MAPRO, from sending the cleaning order to approving the service and authorizing the payment.

To register a supplier/cleaning company, go to MENU > MANAGE > SUPPLIERS, and click on "Add Supplier."

Fill out the page with information about the supplier. In the "Default language" field, select the language in which the supplier prefers to access the system and notifications.

Important: Make sure all the information is correct to avoid any problems with orders or payments. Save all changes before closing the page!

Check the box at the bottom of the page to send the supplier an email with instructions to set their own password, and then click on "Save."
