MAPRO shows notifications of new chat messages in the upper right corner.
You can also receive notifications of unread messages by email.
To enable email notifications and configure their frequency, click the engine icon in the upper right corner, "Settings", then select the “Unified Inbox” tab on the left.
Then click the button on the right to activate the sending, and configure the "Eligibility".
E.g.: If you set "5 minutes", MAPRO will only email you after 5 minutes it receives the message and if no one from your team has answered it. If someone reads the chat before those 5 minutes, MAPRO doesn't email you.
Set your preferred frequency and enter the email addresses to be notified. Use a comma to separate multiple addresses.
Then enable the integrators you wish to receive notifications from.
Finally, hit “Save” at the bottom of the page.
You can edit these configurations at any time.
