To choose the integrators you wish to receive new-chat notifications from, click the engine icon in the upper right corner, "Settings", then select the “Unified Inbox” tab on the left.
Scroll down to the "Channels" section, then enable the integrators you wish to receive notifications from.
Hit “Save” at the bottom of the page.
You can edit these configurations at any time.
