In order to accept payments from guests via credit card, you need to hire a system that performs this operation.

MAPRO offers integration with Stripe, Authorize.Net, and Yapstone.

By integrating your payment processor with MAPRO, you can manage everything within the booking screen, without the need to open the processor's dashboard: you can charge the card, issue a refund, or cancel the operation.

After hiring the system, request MAPRO to perform the integration.

The choice of the system is a decision for your company, and if you choose to work with a processor that does not integrate with MAPRO, you can manage payments through the system's dashboard and then inform in MAPRO that the reservation has been paid.

Having a connected payment processor makes the billing process simpler, and if your company's website is linked to MAPRO, the guest enters the card details when making the reservation, and the website automatically charges and sends the confirmation. Ask the MAPRO team how to set up this billing process.

If you have a MAPRO website and do not have a payment processor, when the guest completes the reservation, they will receive an email with information about payment methods. Talk to the MAPRO support team to configure this message.
