To enter your company's data into the software, click the engine icon on the toolbar to access the SYSTEM'S MENU, then click SETTINGS.
The first tab is the "Layout", and it will probably be already complete.
Here you can customize MAPRO by choosing the colors of your company and uploading or replacing your logo.
After that, go to the second tab, which is RESERVATIONS > SETTINGS, and enter data like check-in and check-out time, cancelation policy, minimum days between the reservation and the check-in, etc.
Please note that this is where you describe your company's cancelation policy, not the "terms and conditions" or the "short-term rental agreement".
Enter one or more e-mail addresses if you wish to receive notifications from MAPRO whenever a guest signs the rental agreement or completes the names' list*, and when homeowners book their own properties (if you choose to let them manage their own bookings).
You can also enable the option to notify the guest when you collect payments or make refunds.
*You will decide on another page whether or not to ask the guest to sign a rental agreement and to fill out a list where they inform the names of all guests staying in the property.
The other tabs on the "Settings" page will be addressed in other steps of the onboarding.
You should also enter data like the company's phone number, address, website, etc. in the COMPANY'S PROFILE.
When MAPRO sends automatic messages to guests like booking confirmation, it includes in the message the contact information from this page and the logo from "Settings".
Go through all tabs and fill out as many fields as possible.
The page "MY PROFILE" contains the individual information of each user.
